01 Are you a development shop or a consultancy?
Both. We design the architecture AND build it. Most consultancies hand you a document and wish you luck. Most dev shops start coding before they understand the problem. We do the full BRAVA Path, from strategic analysis through production deployment.
02 Do you work with startups or only enterprises?
We work with two types of clients: enterprises tokenizing assets or integrating AI into regulated operations, and scaling Web3 companies seeking enterprise maturity. We work with both, but every client needs to be at a stage where they can invest in production-grade infrastructure.
03 What's your typical engagement model?
We offer several engagement formats: Strategic Assessment (free), Discovery Sprint (€25K–€75K), Transformation Engagement (€100K–€500K+), Advisory Retainer (€10K–€30K/month), and Architecture Review (€25K–€75K). Every engagement starts with understanding the problem before proposing a solution.
