Supervised AI agents

BRAVA Agents

Agents that chase client documents, sort your inbox and answer from your own knowledge. They prepare the work; your team approves it.

01 Approach

Agents that prepare. People who decide.

The repetitive part of your team's week isn't hard. It's constant: chasing documents, sorting email, answering the same questions.

BRAVA Agents takes it on. Each agent has one job and the limits you set. When something needs judgment, it hands it to a person.

Three rules decide who does what:

  1. 01 / 03

Code for what must be exact

Matching replies to their thread, reminder schedules and filing run on fixed rules, before any AI, and work the same way every time.

  2. 02 / 03

AI for what must be understood

Reading an email and deciding where it goes takes understanding, and so does answering from your documents. The AI sorts each message by rules written in plain language; to sort, it sees that a file is attached, never what the file says.

  3. 03 / 03

People for what must be decided

Replies go out as drafts unless you decide otherwise, anything carrying a client document waits for a person, and the last reminder becomes a task for your team.

The agents prepare. Your team decides.

02 Capabilities

What BRAVA Agents does

01

Email

Sorting

  • Each email goes to a route, by rules written in plain language
  • Replies are matched to their thread before any AI runs
  • Fixed rules decide first; the AI sorts what is left

Replies

  • Answers only from the documents you give it
  • Each route drafts, sends or stays silent: you choose
  • Anything with a client document always waits as a draft
02

Documents

Collection

  • A checklist for each type of client
  • Reminders on working days, in five steps
  • At the last step, a task for your team

Filing

  • Files each document in SharePoint
  • Files are checked for viruses on arrival
  • Each document is encrypted with its own key
03

Control

Switching on

  • Every agent starts switched off
  • A test mode runs it without sending anything
  • Your team launches and pauses it case by case

Record

  • Every run is recorded
  • Every sorted email carries the reason it went where it did
  • Separate roles for operators and viewers

03 In practice

Where the agents work

01 / 04

New client onboarding

Collect everything a new client has to send, without anyone chasing it by hand.

What the agent does

  • Sends the checklist for that type of client
  • Reminds on working days until it is complete
  • Files what arrives in SharePoint

Where a person steps in

At the last reminder, the case becomes a task for your team.

02 / 04

Inbox sorting

Every email in the shared inbox goes to the right place and the right person.

What the agent does

  • Matches replies to their thread
  • Sorts the rest by your plain-language rules
  • Records why each email went where it did

Where a person steps in

You decide, route by route, whether it drafts, sends or does nothing.

03 / 04

Recurring questions

Answer the questions clients ask again and again, from your own documents.

What the agent does

  • Finds the answer in the documents you give it
  • Replies in the same thread and language
  • Says so when the answer isn't there, instead of guessing

Where a person steps in

The reply waits as a draft unless you allow that route to send.

04 / 04

Custom processes

Your process is not on this list? We build its agent and the connectors it needs.

What the agent does

  • We map the process with your team first
  • We connect it to your email, files and CRM
  • If a connector is missing, we build it

Where a person steps in

It goes live switched off and in test mode, like every other agent.

04 Layers

How an agent is built

BRAVA Agents doesn't replace your team's judgment. It answers to it. Your systems feed the agent, fixed rules act first, the AI handles what needs reading, and anything that matters reaches a person. Every run is recorded.

05 Record

Every agent is accountable

Automation is only useful if you can check it. When an email lands in the wrong place, you need to know what the agent saw and why it decided.

BRAVA Agents keeps a record of every run. For each one, you can see:

  1. 01

    Which agent

The agent and the route it applied

  2. 02

    What it received

The email or document that started the run

  3. 03

    What it did

The route, draft or reminder it produced

  4. 04

    Why

A short reason for every sorting decision

If an agent gets something wrong, you can see why, adjust the rule in plain language and check the next run.

Each role can do only what it needs:

  • BRAVALTA configures each agent and switches it on
  • Your operators see every run in your organization
  • Viewers see only their own runs

Each client company is a separate organization, and no email passes from one to another.

06 Limits

Limits come first

The risk with automation is acting without asking. A reply sent to the wrong client costs more than the hours it saved. BRAVA Agents is limited by design.

Switched off by default

  • Every agent starts inactive
  • Only BRAVALTA can switch it on
  • Your team launches it case by case

Test mode

  • Runs on your real email without sending anything
  • You review what it would have done
  • It goes live when you decide

Drafts first

  • Each route drafts, sends or stays silent
  • For clients, the default is a draft
  • Sending on its own is switched on route by route, by you

Hand-off to a person

  • Anything with a client document waits for a person
  • Links to outside file services are never opened: a person gets them
  • The last reminder becomes a task for your team

Example: a new client's documents

  • Checklist sent → reminders on working days while documents are missing
  • Document received → filed in SharePoint
  • Still missing at the last step → a task for your team

The checklist and the reminders are yours to define. The agent follows them; your team handles the exceptions.

07 FAQ

Common questions

Can the agents make mistakes?

Yes, like any person or system. That is why replies start as drafts, anything carrying a client document waits for a person, and every sorting decision records its reason. If an agent gets one wrong, you see why and adjust the rule.

Which tools do the agents connect to?

Outlook and Microsoft 365 for email, SharePoint for documents, and HubSpot or Attio as your CRM. If your process needs a connector we don't have, we build it.

Can an agent send email on its own?

Only if you allow it, route by route. By default, replies to clients are drafts, and anything carrying a client document always waits for a person.

How do we start?

With the BRAVA Blueprint: we map your process with your team and decide together what to automate. The agent then runs in test mode on your real email before it goes live.

What does it cost?

A fixed monthly fee for each active agent, with no usage charges. The amount depends on the process and is agreed agent by agent.
